3 oz butternut squash baked
2 oz avocado
1/2 cup Brussels sprouts
I have to say tilapia is not one of my favorite fish and I eat it once in a blue moon ?, I prefer flow see, cod, salmon, shrimp, scallops. There are so many different sauce if protein you can use in your diet, variety is a key to success. Even if you are on prep, you can have a great variety of food in your diet, just make sure it fits your macros. And if you don't like fish, fine, go for turkey, chicken, ground turkey, lean beef, bison beef, flank stake, boar etc.
get creative with your food.
This way your prep will be comfortable, tress free and maybe even fun. I see lots of people posting that they were so miserable and unhappy on prep, it's just because they didn't do it right. When I just started to compete I was stuffing my face with fish and asparagus 4 -5 times a day and hated my life. Now, 3 years later I learned my body, learned a lot about dieting and training, so my prep is enjoyable, full of pancakes and other deliciousness. And when I eat asparagus or tilapia it's not because I need to, but because I want to ? #Anyastar #OnPrep
