Quick cooking tip for you, guys.
I don't eliminate sodium from my diet, I believe it's important to keep balance and sodium in small doses is not bad for you, altho I use sodium free spices, cause I like to spice my food a lot. I use Mr.Dash spices, those a great, sodium free spices. They have lots of different flavors. ?
I haven't tried them yet, you should, it'll be great addition to your food prep!
