Today is high carb day and it means I had to put all those carbs into killing workout.
I did shoulder/glutes intense workout
Warm up
Deadlift/ shoulder press 20/3
Superset with
Squats 20/3
Superset with good mornings
20/3
All with 40 lbs barbell
3 circuits:
DB lateral raises 12/3
Front barbell raises 12/3
DB lateral raises with very light weight - all the way up 12/3
Cable kick backs - 15/3 each leg
Repeat circuit 3 times
Circuit 2
Front cable rope raises 15/3
Pop squats with barbell 15/3
Repeat circuit 3 times

Circuit 3
Bent over lateral raises15/3
Rope face pulleys 20/3
Side cable kick backs 20/3 each leg
Cable summo deadlift 20/3
20 min on stair master
BOOM! Don't feel my body, period!
