I never come to the gym without a plan in my head. I ala ways know what I need to work on, which areas of my body needs improvement and extra attention. I don't like to waste my time, I come, I work, I take a selfie ??? Always have a plan in your head when you are heading to the gym, by planing out your workout in advance you are make your workout more efficient, this getting more results in a long term.
