This one of my most memorable dishes I've had in Hong Kong for the @djneilarmstrong #FRTakeover . The Flower crab / Uni with mitsuba (japanese wild parsley), presented in the crab shell over ice from @ronin_hk a japanese influenced spot by chef Matt Bergel and @lindsayjang . All of the food here is amazing - tastes delicious , looks spectacular - with a rotating menu depending on whats in season. If you are a fan of uni (sea urchin) and crab, well this dish is your heaven. Ronin is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the world, and I've travelled a decent amount of it.
