Wanting to give you a little insight into what increase load and volume of training can look like! Because a lot of my clients or people who I have worked with think it’ll all about lifting heavy…

Which it can be, but what if you can’t lift heavy? Then people assume you can increase load or get stronger?

Ways to progressively overload : without constantly increasing the weight -

- Making sure you form is correct
- Slowing down the tempo on your reps
- Drop sets
- Supersets
- Higher reps lower weight.

I wanted to share this knowledge because so many people 1. Assume I lift super heavy and I don’t because I have a lot of injuries post gymanstics! 2. Assume they can’t get strong unless you can lift like 100kg+.
