Allowing me to warm up from the inside out straight after a dip! ☔️ A changing robe - this helps me get in and out of my swimming gear with some of my dignity left intact! 🧥 Warm loose layers - ones which are easy to throw on & take off are key, no leggings! 🧤 Water booties & gloves - these help my extremities handle the chill so I can stay in the water for longer.
