8 Minute Core Workout 🔥

Give this core circuit a go, it uses zero equipment and focuses on targeting your obliques. One round is 8 minutes or you can go for two to get a 16 minute blast! 👌🏼

Set a timer for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest and work through:
➡️ Russian Twist with Knee Lift
➡️ Rotating Straight Leg Sit Ups
➡️ Slow & Controlled Twisting Mountain Climbers
➡️ Alternating Toe Taps
➡️ Cross Body Crunch
➡️ Cross Body Crunch
➡️ Sprinter Sit Up with Leg Lower
➡️ Plank Knee Taps
