What do you say to yourself to push through the hard sets?

These are the top 3 things I’ve done to stay strong mentally and physically.
1. SHOW UP! You have to show up. On the good days, bad days, cold days, rainy days. Just show up.
2. Positive self talk! Negativity will always try to creep into your mind. Never let it take over. Always finish your workout with positive self talk. It may not always be a slay workout but make it a habit to stay mentally positive.
3. Always push for one more! One more rep, a little more weight. You have the ability. I promise you are stronger than you think.
