I’ve been experimenting with fasting this entire year and I have really enjoyed it and seen a lot of great benefits. Before I started fasting I was craving chocolate everyday! I’ve found that chocolate doesn’t even enter my mind anymore! After talking with @fastingmd my mind was blown about all the incredible benefits of fasting and how it can even prevent cancer cells from growing!
