One of the most powerful Ayahusca journeys I had a flashback of looking at myself in the mirror from the time I was 12 years old until today. I saw how ice coughed, rolled my eyes with disappointment, and feeling of overwhelm.

I hated what I saw in the mirror .
It wasn’t what I was supposed to look like .
According to the society, yes.

But also I look tired and worn by life.
I was depleted of life force energy.

Instead of looking in the mirror, and approaching myself as my best friend - I was a total bitch to myself.

Brutal.
Petty.
Unfair.

I know look at the mirror and smile.
Hey, it’s us!!
We got this.
We have each other.
We love our self.
