😋 ONE-POT QUINOA (15 min dinner idea for the week) 💡

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a large pot & stir
2. Bring to boil and then lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is completely absorbed.
3. When done, stir in fresh cilantro!

Serve with avocado if vegan and with chicken or shrimp if youre not!
