PRE- WORKOUT vs POST -WORKOUT MEALS 🍎

There are certain performance benefits to what you eat before and after workouts but in the grand scheme of things it’s what you ended up eating at the end of day, your workouts and your sleep that will be help you reach your goals!

Carbs give us energy and if eating means you’re having a better workout it can be argued that eating is indeed beneficial. If you perform just fine fasted - don’t fix what’s not broken! These are my personal preferences to allow my body enough time to digest so I’m not feeling lethargic during workouts.

During your workouts you breakdown muscle, use energy and lose vitamins and minerals through sweat so you want to take advantage of quicker recovery by putting those things into your system as quickly as possible! A great isolate protein and quick digesting carb are perfect for this!
