Tag a ‘5am-er’ 😆 No but in all seriousness the best time to workout is whatever time is best for YOU & what you can realistically be consistent with!

If waking up at 5am before work to get your workout in works for you - KUDOS TO YOU and I admire the dedication! For me, personally, the whole waking up at 5am thing does NOT work lol (I also don’t have kids and work from home). I would end up pushing snooze too often and then feeling like a failure when I ‘missed’ my workout.

Play around with your schedule and your energy levels and see what time of day feels right and best for YOU and then stick with it! For some that mean in the morning, others around lunch or when the baby naps and for others it could be after work and nights!

For me personally, I enjoy morning workouts (7/8am not 5am lol) because once I sit down and start working I know I’m not going to get it done later. Getting a sweat in the morning also increases my energy for the rest of the day and it feels good to check off something for ‘me’ before anything else. Again just personal preference! ☺️
