What EMPOWERS you?
My BJJ journey has been absolutely incredible. It’s been almost two years since I started and it’s taught me so much in every aspect. I love this sport because it forces you to be tough and calm when you feel like you should be freaking out. It makes the 💩 small things that happen in life easy to deal with and it humbles you. Every time I’m in the mat I learn something new about the sport and myself. No matter how many times I get choked out or submitted I can’t wait to do it again. It may sound crazy but this sport empowers me.
