I love this recipe so much because it has everything you want in a pancake. Fluffy, buttery and crispy golden brown edges!

Recipe:

180g flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
230ml milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1.Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl. Whisk them together well.

2.In another bowl, combine the eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk them together well.

3.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently fold them together. Be careful not to overfold or underfold them. It’s okay to have a few pockets of flour and lumps in the batter.

4.Heat a cooking pan over medium-low heat and coat it with some oil. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip with a spatula and cook until browned on the other side, about 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
