As you can see, I’ve been frequenting the Gainz Dungeon as of late and there’s usually 3 reasons I train here:

1. I have my period and I’m already exhausted enough so don’t want to go to the gym… or anywhere
2. I have a super busy day (which is like a regular busy day but you have to wear a cape everywhere you go) and it’s more convenient for me to train in my home gym.
3. I just want to do a really good session because the Gainz Dungeon reigns supreme how dare you doubt it for a second.

Anyway… this session was a product of all the above points (cape not pictured)

This is a Dat Booty dumbbell program workout (minus frog pumps, if you have time for frog pumps be my guest - I did actually film them but it looks like I was aggressively thrusting the dumbbell and it felt inappropriate without first buying it a drink).
I substituted DB Hip Thrusts for Barbell Hip Thrusts simply because it was there and you know WHY NOT, live a little.

I find that when I’m feeling unmotivated or my mind is elsewhere the best thing to do is follow a structured workout. The less you have to think when you’re feeling this way - the better. Plus you’re unlikely to push yourself. Show me a tired, unmotivated person who’s deciding on their workout and goes “might just fuck myself up with some Bulgarians.” No. Allow me to do that for you.

10 x Pause Hip Thrusts
20 x Seated Abduction

3 SETS

10 x Bulgarian Split Squats (each leg)
20 x Extra Range Side Lying Leg Raises (each side)

2 SETS

12 x Goblet Squats
10 x Supported Single Leg RDLs (each side)
