I first started training my glutes at home using bands. I didn’t want to train at the gym, I felt more comfortable training at home so that’s how I started building my glutes - from home.

I had so many people asking me for my home training routine so I launched my first program: HOME GROWN BOOTY back in 2017! (Wow… makes me feel old haha)

Quick & Effective workouts: 20 - 30 minutes per session!

Each phase is 2 weeks, meaning the same workout will be performed twice over the course of the 2-week period.
