Full Body Sesh

I’ve been really enjoying my training lately, especially when I get to train at a gym as glorious as @emfpc

This full body workout was sneaky challenging. A few new movements mixed with some old faves - give it a try!

WORKOUT:

4 SETS

10 x Front Foot Elevated Barbell Split Squats (targeting quads)
12 x Gorilla Rows

3 SETS

10 x Barbell Romanian Deadlifts
10 x Sit Up w/ Overhead Press

2 SETS

12 x Shoulder Press
30 sec Wall Sit w/ Overhead Weighted Hold
