Full Body Sesh
I’ve been really enjoying my training lately, especially when I get to train at a gym as glorious as @emfpc
This full body workout was sneaky challenging. A few new movements mixed with some old faves - give it a try!

30 sec Wall Sit w/ Overhead Weighted Hold
