Ten years ago, I shared the precepts of The Bulletproof Diet on my small blog. I spent the eight years before that figuring it all out so I could feel good and not weigh 300 pounds. 🤷‍♂️

It exploded in popularity and led to hundreds of thousands of copies of a New York Times bestseller explaining how to do it. It led to the popularity of awareness of collagen, MCT, and grass-fed everything.

Here is why it has stood the test of time - and is even more supported by science.

The basics:
-Avoid inflammatory linoleic acid and other seed oils at all costs
-Eat grass-fed meat or none at all (and minimize chicken)
-Eat lots of fat, at least half of it saturated fat (grass-fed butter, animal fat, and MCT)
-Use Intermittent Fasting
-Do keto, but not all the time
-Eat low-toxin carbs
-Use collagen every day to balance out excessive amino acids in muscle meat
-Control the five worst plant-based toxins, including lectins (only the bad ones), oxalates (which I warned about on the @joerogan show three times), phytates, mycotoxins, and histamine.

Sadly, you have to do all of these things at least most of the time to make your biology work!
