ARMS & ABS 💪🔥

Today we are focusing on our upper body, ARMS & ABS to be specific! I am using 2 x 5kg Dumbbells but if you don't have weights you can get creative and use water bottles!

As much as I love growing my glutes I do try to focus on full body training because no only does it feel amazing to improve your strength overall, but for aesthetic purposes, training your upper body can make your waist appear smaller and will therefore accentuate your booty gains. Not only will training your upper complement your GAINS it will assist in making you stronger so you can ultimately lift heavier (it’s all for the BOOTY baby! 😜)

WORKOUT

3 SETS

10 reps Row to Tricep Extension (each side)
12 reps Russian Twists w/ Overhead Lift
12 reps Renegade Rows
20 reps Alternating DB Curls
12 reps V-Hold w/ Fly

1 SET

1 minute Plank Hold
