Whilst gyms are still closed in the UK I maintain my fitness with home workouts either using my multi gym and cardio equipment, free weights out in the sunny garden or yoga and stretching exercises in my lounge. As times change we too have to adapt, stay positive and allow our body mind and soul to flourish rather than fret. It’s easy to want to give up, to feel lost and helpless; but each of us has a survival instinct buried deep within, a fire and passion to succeed that allows us to take ownership and overcome any obstacle in our path. Pushing my physical limits really helps me to build strength, stamina and endurance necessary for life. Studying helps to broaden my mindset, enhance my education and deepen my compassion and understanding. Being kind, nurturing and expressing unconditional love fills my heart with warmth and meaning, creating an aura that attracts other likeminded souls. Please take small positive steps each and every day towards a healthier happier life for yourself; perhaps you can manage a 5min walk, start to read a book or help somebody in need - everything and anything productive that you do is better than doing nothing at all and dwelling or stressing. Despite this pandemic there is still so much beauty, wonder and love in the world which will only grow and overflow as our freedom is relaxed and mindsets towards our fellow neighbours and the environment change for the better.
