Stretching with Gram in my new @ALO Yoga 😍 If your muscles could talk, they would be saying, “Stretch Me!!!”. 

I used to be guilty of getting my workout in and then just moving along with my day instead of taking and extra 5-10 minutes to stretch. Stretching is one of the most important daily activities that we can do, yet most people forget or just don’t do it.
