HOLD THE BANANA PHONE @idreamaboutfood - THIS RECIPE IS EVERYTHING. I’ve been making different variations of banana bread for YEARS, but this recipe takes the cake. This Oaty Chocolatey Banana Bread is delicious. I ate it for breakfast, snack, and after dinner (whoops, I don’t have a lot of self control when it comes to 🍫 . Anyway, here is the recipe, made quick and easy using my @blendjet 🍌 Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
🍌 Mix wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl: 3 super ripe mashed bananas, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup applesauce, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg, and 3/4 cup almond milk. 🍌 In another mixing bowl, add dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
🍌 Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and be careful not to over mix ! 🍌 Stir in 1/2 cup +++ chocolate chips.
🍌 Pour your mixture into the pan and bake for about 40-60 minutes (depending on what kind of flour you use).
🍌 Let your insanely delicious banana bread cool off for 15 minutes and STUFF YOUR FACE.
