Cassy was suffering from bloat and IBS so we started her out with a low FODMAP diet which eliminated certain sugars, fibers and starches in the foods she was eating like fructose, lactose and certain legumes and sugar alcohols! These carbs aren’t ‘bad’ but eliminating them tends to help people who suffer from IBS. The goal is to figure out what foods trigger your digestive problems and create a diet that gives you all the nutrients you need but includes only the FODMAPs you can handle!

2020 has taught us just how important it is to take care of ourselves and the most difficult part is always starting.
