LOW IMPACT FULL BODY! (No jumping)

During COVID I had so many clients training from their apartments saying they couldn’t jump because they had people downstairs 😖! I went ahead and tailored their programs to omit any jumping which is also what I usually do for clients with knee problems, beginners and some clients with back issues as well. Depending on your level of fitness and the severity of the issue you would want to try these assisted aka ‘hanging on to something for support’ to make it easier!

Aim for 45 seconds of each move for 4 rounds! (Don’t forget the other arm or leg in the single movements)

Slide 2: reverse lunge with banded row
Slide 3: narrow lunge to kick back
Slide 4: boat pose hold + underhand row
