Try not to be jealous of my awesome Tan-lines. For this work out I chose 3 exercises using dumbbell only. A row, a pull up and a dumbbell pull over. I always include a row a pull down in my work out I also like to do either a dumbbell pull over or a cable pull over as a way to stretch the intercostals and use the lats to pull the weight back.
1. DB Row- 4 sets 8 reps. Row to grow! I like to hold onto something with my offhand as a way of giving supporting my lumbar spine.
2. DB weighted Pull up- 4 sets - 12,10,8 6 reps.
3. DB pull over - 4x12
Sink you hips as the weight extends overhead.
