First workout after turning the big 36! My top three triceps movements using DBs only! For triceps always always include One exercise overhead. I’ve also included a dip and a kickback as I feel this hits the tricep from various angles ensuring well developed heads.
Give this one a go-
1️⃣. Seated DB over head triceps extension. 12,12,10,10
2️⃣. Bench dips with DB for added resistance. 4 sets 10 reps
3️⃣. DB triceps kickbacks. 3 sets 8 reps teach set is a drop set.
