Quadzilla day! My 3 go to quad exercises when you only have DB on hand! The dancing is not optional… Yes that’s correct you must dance in between sets!

1. Bulgarian split squat. 4 sets 8 reps each leg

2. Swiss ball squat. Make sure to hit parallel lean back on the ball. Should feel like a hack squat. 4 sets 12 reps

3. Cossack squats Be careful not to get the need to much further out than the toes. Eight reps aside for sets
