Lat Pull Down! Do you need tips?!

1. Make sure you keep your shoulders down and back.
2. Pull down towards your chest lean back just slightly.
3. Do not use your entire upper body to swing the weight down. Use your lats control the weight on the way down and releasing.
4. Make sure you perform a full rep. No half rep nonsense. 😝
