here are some things to remember when you’re doing an overhead press:

1. Do not shift into your toes and lift your heels.
2. do not push your hips forward this will cause lower back pain.
3. Make sure you were pressing all the way up and controlling the weight not snapping and locking your elbows at the top.
4. keep your core tight.
