Believe me, I also have days where I don't have any motivation for a workout, - especially if it's high intensity - but I know I NEVER regret working out, and getting my body moving feels SO good! This low-intensity workout is perfect for those days where you don't have the energy for a high-intensity session, but still want to move your body and work out! And remember, light exercise is better than no exercise! ⁣

✅ Foot Lift & Extend - 16 reps (8 per side) ⁣
✅ Glute Kickback - 16 reps (8 per side) ⁣
✅ Hip Abduction (Seated) - 15 reps⁣
Try this for 2 laps⁣

✅ Hover Leg Extension - 12 reps (6 per side) ⁣
✅ Push-Up (Knees) - 12 reps⁣
✅ Shoulder Press - 12 reps⁣
Try this for 2 laps⁣

You can do this workout anywhere! Try swapping out the dumbbells for water bottles or milk cartons filled with water or sand if you don't own weights, and if you don't have a resistance band for the hip abductions, you can do a side plank and hip abduction with no equipment instead. ⁣
