Here’s something else you should know - if you’re doing 3 or 3 sets try to increase a little bit of weight (1-10lbs based on the exercise) each round or every other round.

make sure you can control the weight when you increase. Quality is much more important than quantity.

it’s a great idea to have a spotter to help you if you get stuck.

when you increase your weight you should have to decrease your reps because it is more challenging.
