Birthday celebrations, hangover, filming, two days off of gym and a 9hr sitting on my sleeve tattoo last night and I’m toast! Wow, my body is craving recovery after burning the candle at both ends and taking some next level pain - I’m ready to chill, refresh and recover. No more naughty treats, alcohol or staying up all hours like I’m still 18! Obviously birthday calories don’t count and I stretched my cheat meals and cocktails out for the best part of a week so time to behave myself now. I’m all for clean eating healthy living bright and fresh early mornings, high energy and maximum effort. I literally don’t know how I survived partying so hard in my twenties; send for the masseuse and blend me up a protein smoothie already baby. It’s important to strike a healthy balance in life my darlings, whilst the wild child party animal forever waits patiently inside of me to be let out I treat my body as my temple, taking care of myself on the daily so that I can let loose and have fun as and when I choose to.
