Look at your life, your body mind and soul and ask yourself “am I happy and is this what I truly want from life?” If the answer to either of those is no then identify the areas that need change and then set goals to work towards it. More often than not, the primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation itself but your thoughts about it - the world is filled with pessimists when love, passion, positivity and optimism is what truly elevates and uplifts you.
