And even more rare than a wine region that grows bountifully from volcanic ash, is me taking a full vacation day to do something I want to do without just doing it for work....even tho I guess I just kind of did right now. . ANYWAYYY the last day of my solo adventure in the Canary Islands took a lot of will power but I was determined to see these volcanic wineries, so I boarded a ferry to Lanzarote, and saw them!!! . Hands down the most epic vineyards I've ever seen, and arguably some of the best wine...which is going to suuuckk for me since I can only fit about four bottles in my suitcase!! . If I wasn't already sold on the beautiful waters/beaches of Fuerteventura, Im now even more sold with these volcanic wineries!!! And sneaky secret.....I may be giving three people a few nights stay for any time in the next full year soon!!!! . Did you know that volcanic wineries exist? Who wants to go to one??! . .
