Here are some modifications for these exercises.
👊🏼 MNT CLIMBER ROTATION : instead of holding one leg in for your rotation keep both feet back. You can also perform this with your hands elevated.
👊🏼👊🏼 LATERAL MNT CLIMBER PUSH UP: elevated your hands and step your feet into position instead of hopping into position
👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 CRAWL JACK ROLL : perform your jack then reach one hand up like a t rotation instead of rolling all the way over.
👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 CRABBY V UP : reach for your knee or chin and stay on the ground instead of lifting off the ground.
