🌳 PARK WORKOUT 🌳
Do you love to workout outside?!
Here’s a super fun workout you can do outside at a park or in a gym!
🌳INVERTED ROW PAUSE : Squeeze the shoulder blades! Pause at the top and remember that the more you bend your knees the easier this will be. Use a bar on a squat rack or smith machine to perform an inverted row at the gym.
🌳🌳 CLOSE PUSH UP : keep your hands close together to do this at home Perform your push-ups with your hands close together on an incline or on the floor.
🌳🌳🌳 PLANK CLIMB : this one is tough!!! 🔥🔥 if you cannot find a bar to perform this exercise and alternative would be to perform a plank and walk your hands out as far as possible or perform a rollout in a plank position or on your knees.
🌳🌳🌳🌳 INVERTED SHIFT : Perform an inverted row hold at the top and shift your body from one side to the other using your arms and back.
