Morning movement for y’all ⚡️✨ this one is a bit of a breakfast buffet - bit of everything to get you up and at the day 🙏🏼❤️
Try 3 rounds for a quick wakeup workout:
1. Single leg squat to walkout to single leg hop - 5 reps each leg (note there are 2 squats per rep - one on the way out, one on the way in).
2. Fire crawl to bear - 10 reps ( 1 rep = crawl back + fwd)
3. No hands roll back to jump - 10 reps
4. Plank Jack to frogger - 20 reps (1 rep = 1 of each 😈)
5. Criss Cross to double crunch and reach - 10 reps
