GLUTE ACTIVATION SNACKS 🔥⚡️✨ Some of my fav ground based glute activation drills using my fav bands from @exercise_snacks ❤️ Not only is glute activation a game changer for your training, it’s also a great trap into getting you to workout when you don’t feel like it 😅
Do 10 reps of all 10 drills on one side then repeat on the other.
1. Clam
2. Knee/heel taps
3. Angled kick back
4. Parallel bent leg lifts
5. Bent leg wrap back
6. Fire hydrant high/low combo
7. Leg extension band press
8. Bent leg band press
9. Glute bridge wrap (feet & knees start together, press out with both knees into the band at the top of the glute bridge then close back together and lower down)
10. Single leg glute bridge row
