GLUTES AT HOME
#BBGcommunity here is an at home glute workout using only a mat and resistance band. You can also use these exercises for a glute activation warm up before your workout. If you don’t have a resistance band, you can still do all of these exercises with bodyweight only.

✅Single-Leg Glute Bridge - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅Glute Bridge & Opening - 12 reps
✅Side Plank & Hip Abduction - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅Donkey Kick - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅Crab Walk - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅Zig Zag Walk - 24 reps (12 per side)

For a full workout complete 2 laps. For a glute activation warm up choose 3 exercises and complete 1 lap. 💪
