Decided it was time to make some pretty summer meals in my new kitchen.

While I certainly could cook just fine in my tiny one (as in, I made an entire Thanksgiving dinner while off grid last year), I am loving all the space, the big island, the way I can see my entire house and my family from where I stand and work.

I’ve poured a glass of Sauvignon blanc, I’m chopping fresh herbs, and I’m readying to put some songs on.
