If I’m gonna post here, I might as well make it fun (and real). I spent a long time worrying about making my life look a certain way on here, but more on that another time.

Forgot to post a June roundup, so here goes:

- Cloud formations just before the tornado warnings blasted across our phones.
- One of those porch mornings where the air is like silk.
- Me & A on a hike.
- An evening spent sanding doors in the studio while E went for her bike ride.
- A little smoke from the chiminea and our beloved walnut tree all leafed out after a cold spring.
- Cowboy pool ready for summer dips.
- Playing music stopped in our house for a long time. First night back after a few years, playing around with some songs we sang in the Before. Little bit nervous to share this one.
- Workin’ on the upstairs hallway. We’ve got three tiny things left to do and then maybe I’ll do a tour, if anyone’s into that sort of thing anymore.
- Eerie sunset light in our bathroom on the days the smoke came down from Canada. The picture looks like an ad for my skincare regimen. It’s not. ;)
- Me and West on a morning run. She loves it. I can barely get my shoes on, because she knocks the basket with her leash into my lap. LET’S GO MA.

A good, busy, full month that feels like a long time ago already, because we went to Canada in July, and school’s already back in session (we’ve got an eighth grader). Time just goes faster and faster, doesn’t it?
