WHOLE BODY DUMBBELL SWEAT 💪🏼 Who wants some new dumbbell workouts in my app?! I’m thinking of creating a full 4-week dumbbell program...🤔 If I get enough comments below, I’ll push it to the top of my to-do list! 😉
For this workout, I used 2 x 5kg (11lbs) dumbbells.
Most of these exercises require a bit of coordination (so I would say it is intermediate level) BUT that shouldn’t discourage you to try some of these moves at a slower pace (focusing on technique) as a beginner (learning new skills is a great stimulus for your body + brain! 🙌🏼)

10reps - Easy
15reps - Intermediate
20reps - Hard

▪️1. DB SWING TO SQUAT PRESS COMPLEX
(Single weight option to challenge your unilateral coordination and core control)

▪️2. SIDE PLANK REACH
(Keep the DB close to your body as you lift + lower)

▪️3. DB BURPEE

▪️4. SINGLE ARM ROW WITH SUPPORT
(I like this variation because you can rest your free arm on your knee = less pressure on your lower back)

▪️5. KICK OUT TO CURL
(Keep your lower back pressing down into the ground. If it lifts, do single leg variation)
