So, today...I enrolled in a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction 😬😬😬 I am SO. EXCITED!!
Education has always been so important to me, and especially expanding my knowledge and skills in my profession 🤓🙌🏼 I have been coaching & training people for over 15 years now, starting as a gymnastics coach (while I was a gymnast myself), then a personal trainer, exercise physiologist, elite athletics coach, yoga instructor and CrossFit coach...every role I have, draws knowledge & experience from the other...and that’s why I am always wanting to learn & master new styles of training 💪🏼
It’s going to take me 12months, but I’m looking forward to sharing everything I learn with you all! 🙌🏼 ...and of course getting some Pilates classes in my app! 😍
Thank you @adam.m.dunne for supporting me in everything I do (including all my crazy ideas!) AND for being AS excited as me for this next chapter, that you even tumbled with me to celebrate! 😘😜
