Knee up = Advanced variation
Feet together at top = more balance
▪️DECLINE KNEE TO ELBOW
On hands = press fingertips down firmly to protect wrists & keep core pulled in
On elbows = wrist friendly
▪️RAISED HIP LIFTS
Double leg = press through heels & draw core in at the top to prevent low back over activation
Single leg = Advanced option
▪️TRICEP DIP
Bent knees = easier option, roll shoulders back & open chest to prevent shoulder pain
Straight legs = Advanced option
▪️SEATED CRUNCH SWINGS
Keep core pulled in & as your kick legs out drop shoulders back to counter balance.
▪️BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT
Press firmly through your front heel & keep your chest up!
