WHOLE BODY BAND WORKOUT 👊🏼 Since I just did a booty band giveaway to 25 lucky people who finished my May Madness Fitness Challenge, I thought I would share this workout! 🙌🏼
We usually just get stuck with lower body exercises when using bands, so here is a workout that will target your core and arms as well! 💪🏼😉
(For those of you who won a set, you have 3 different resistances, which I have highlighted for each exercise 👌🏼)

BEGINNER - 30sec each exercise | 3 Rounds
INTERMEDIATE - 45sec each exercise | 4 Rounds
ADVANCED - 1min each exercise | 5 Rounds
▪️SIDE TO SIDE SQUAT
(Keep weight thru your heels + chest up) - Medium/Heavy Band
▪️SINGLE ARM ROW
(Keep your spine straight + shave elbow past rib cage) - Light/Medium Band
▪️BEAR FIRE HYDRANT
(Knees hovering off ground + keep your care pulled in) - Medium Band
▪️SQUAT PULSE
(Weight thru your heels + squeeze knees OUT as you stand) - Medium/Heavy Band
▪️ARM PULL APART
(Shoulders always from your ears + slow, controlled movement) - Light Band
▪️BAND JACKS
(Keep core tight + bouncy on your toes) - Medium Band...place around ankles for more difficulty
