CARDIO & CORE 🥳 Spicy Saturday Sweat for you all 😅 watch out for the Cholula Hotsauce Burpee that hasn’t partied in a while and the surprise finisher at the end. YOU’RE WELCOME! 🔥✨
1. Tricep dip to hip swivel - 10 reps (1 rep = 1 dip + swivel L&R)
2. Cholula Burpee - 10 reps (1 rep = 1 toe touch each side + jump. Note you land into a bear hold after the jump!)
3. Giant Hip Circles - 5 forward, 5 back on each leg. Keep body in a nice long line and hips stacked.
4. Side Plank Dip & Push - 10 reps each side. Don’t miss the single arm push in here 😍
5. Hollow Hold to Criss Cross - 10 reps
6. Leg lowers - 10 reps
7. PYRO TING/SQUAT JUMP FINISHER - 10 reps each/8 reps/6 reps/4 reps/2 reps
Rest 90 seconds and repeat 2x more for a full workout or do the sequence once for a quick sizzle.
