1. Three Way Lunge - 8 reps each leg (1 rep = forward, lateral and reverse lunge)
2. Sock Typewriter - 8 reps (1 rep = 4 steps sideways)
3. Iso Squat Sock Reach - 8 reps each leg
4. Tricep Dip & Sock Slide - 16 reps alternating leg that reaches each rep
5. Angled Hamstring Curls - 8 reps (1 rep = 1 straigh reach, 1 45 degree angle reach)
Repeat combo once for a quick full body fire up or an extra couple of rounds for a full workout taking 1 minute to rest between each cycle. 🔥
