Home workouts are sooo underrated! Especially with resistance bands you can make any workout from home super heavy and challenging!😍 I can’t sit straight the next few days after doing these trust me, no joke😅 Band is the medium one from @by.nochtli 🙏🏼.

Make sure to squeeze your glutes with every rep!
• Couch straight kickbacks 15 reps x 3 sets.
• Curtsy lunges 10 each side x 3 sets.
• Hip bridges 20 reps x 3 sets.
• Banded lunges 10 reps each leg x 3 sets. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
